Registration Refund & Transfer Policy
Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat at [email protected]. Cancellations are handled on a discretionary basis and, upon approval, refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
- Cancellation received on or before 15 September 2026: 50% refund
- Cancellation received after 15 September 2026: Non-refundable
Refund Terms & Conditions
- All approved refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee and will be processed after the conclusion of the conference (after 28 October 2026).
- Any applicable bank service charges, convenience fees, administrative charges, and taxes will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Registration Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another individual up until 13 October 2026 (14 days prior to the event). The invoice will be updated to reflect the new participant's details. Once transferred, the original registrant forfeits all access and associated benefits for EEC 2026.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or government regulations. In the event EEC 2026 is cancelled by the Organiser, a full refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method, unless advised otherwise.
