Sonia Chin President Persatuan Tadika Sabah

Sonia Chin is an early childhood educator with over 25 years of experience dedicated to advancing quality early childhood education in Sabah. She holds a Master of Early Childhood Education from the University of Malaya and currently serves as the President of Persatuan Tadika Sabah and Principal of Tadika Baptis Likas. As the Chairperson of the Child Safeguarding Initiative Coalition (CSIC) Sabah, Sonia actively advocates for children's rights, child protection, and the implementation of child safeguarding practices across educational and community settings. She is passionate about developing high-quality educational resources that inspire children's learning and support educators and families. Her commitment to early childhood development is reflected in her involvement in collaborative initiatives, including serving as a member of the project team for the I Love Wetlands Programme, which promotes environmental awareness and learning among young children.
