TPr Wan Sufian Bin Wan Mustapha is the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Urban Development and Natural Resources (MUDeNR). With a distinguished career spanning 33 years in the Sarawak Civil Service, including his previous tenure as Assistant Director of Land and Survey Department (Planning), he has played a pivotal role in shaping the state's urban development. He is also the Chairman of the Malaysian Institute of Planners (Sarawak and Sabah Chapter) and a Corporate Member of the board.
